From The Pastor's Desk...

The life of a church can be determined by whether or not the individual members feel loved and feel as though they belong.  If the church cannot maintain these two tasks, then it will not be able to accomplish the mission that Christ gave us.    We continue to build and maintain a solid foundation of service for God at Lakeside Baptist Church.  Through his guidance and for his glory alone, we strive to do his will in carrying out the commands that Christ gave us in Matthew 22:37-39 when he said "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind..." and "...You shall love your neighbor as yourself."  It is our primary goal to carry the gospel of Jesus Christ into our community and to the world.  We have to always remember that God is the creator of all things and without him we are nothing.  He sent his son to die for us on the cross so that we, even though undeserving, can find eternal life through Jesus Christ.  

     I invite you to join us in worship and in fellowship.  Everyone who calls on the name of Jesus will be saved (Romans 10:13) and those who are seeking him need truth, and spiritual guidance.  You can find that truth and spiritual guidance at LBC.
